The 2011 Great Moonbuggy Race held at the Marshall Space Flight Center, in Huntsville, Alabama. NASA and the AIAA (The American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics) awarded our team (Rhode Island School of Design) out of the 40+ competing engineering schools the "Best Designed Vehicle Award" given through the engineering report. Designing/Fabricating from the ground up makes one noticed.
